I'm Tania — a hybrid builder.

I've been the designer, the developer, and the strategist in the room — sometimes all three. That's where my range comes from, and why I think in systems instead of slides.

Today I lead digital experience as a senior manager and strategist — architecting how design systems, AI-native pipelines, and product surfaces fit together. I've worked across healthcare, ecommerce, and studio practice, and I'm most useful when the gap between idea and shipped product feels uncrossable.

My current obsession is design-to-code at scale: a pipeline that treats components as contracts, tokens as truth, and agents as collaborators. The result isn't speed for its own sake — it's coherence at velocity.
